Works fine but I'm not getting the speeds I would have liked

Thanks. Speeds all depend on the towers near you, the priority you have on the tower (based on your carrier) and the load on that tower. We have tested and gotten 300 Mbps speeds when near a T-Mobile Tower using Boost Mobile, for instance. But when in an isolated area with no T-Mobile towers nearby, it was less than 10 Mbps. The unit itself will give you the fastest speed possible based on your local situation.

Was sold a "5G" Cellular Modem for Failover Backup Internet. Well.... for $85 I guess I am not surprised, as this is far from real 5G, it has 5G logos all over it, but does it actually have 5G speeds, nope lol. Same phone on the same carrier on the same plan right next to it pulls 800 mbps by 100 mbps, device pulls 2.5 mbps by 1 mbps, LOL. From my testing I found the web ui lies that it's on 5G, says it is, but when you go into diagnostics it will always say its on LTE, LOL. Seller wont respond.

Buyer is a scammer who had no intention of paying and, instead, is disputing via his credit card using bogus claims. ZTE is a world leader and doesn't lie about their 5G products. They are fully 5G and over 1000 pcs of this product have been successfully sold to 5G buyers who are very pleased with the 5G performance. This is a fraudulent buyer who should be banned from eBay. Sellers beware of his scams. He has been reported to eBay fraud.

Seller sells FAKE 5G LTE modems, you DID NOT RESPOND TO A SINGLE MESSAGE I sent you. What else am I supposed to do? Sit here with a fake product. I provided loads of proof, from the products own diagnostics web page, that it's not 5G, but outdated 2010 4G LTE, once again YOU DID NOT RESPOND. So I forwarded my proof onto the card company and won the dispute due to the mass amounts of proof I have against you. You should really stop selling on eBay if your gonna leave hilarious feedback like that.

Aside from taking a week to get the product to the post office, it works well for a backup internet connection
