Had an issue with the delivery of the item of which seller was moderately helpful. Once item was received, the stone was a very different color. When I brought this to sellers attention, I did not receive a response. I would leave it as a negative review, but I thought that would be mean. So neutral it is!

when the customer asked where his item was after it was in delivered status, I suggested to contact USPS, and they replied that they did not want to be bothered with it and was just going to take it as a loss. I insisted they contact USPS Two days after it was already delivered, it was then mentioned about the color difference. the photo shown from customer POV is low quality indoors. There is nothing wrong with the item itself, or any discoloration nor was it misrepresented to warrant a return.
