item didn't work upon arrival, after paying professional to install, it did not work at all, would not power on, had to get ebay involved to receive refund....

The part was tested and in working condition when it was sent out. When I accepted the return in Ebay, the customer took weeks to resend the part back. I notified Ebay I would be on vacation for a week and returning Sept 20th. During this time the customer sent the part back and I was unable to inspect this as I was not home. Ebay sent a refund to the buyer before I was able to inspect the part. After testing the part was found to be defective, as opposed to when the part was in my possession.
