It came in near perfect condition and on time. I haven't had to communicate with the seller so I can't advise how that works, but not having to contact them is a good thing. The price with the 1yr warranty makes this an exceptional deal. I would recommend this seller to my sewing friends.

They both came in the same box with excellent wrapping. This was my first time ordering thru Ebay and I have been very pleased with the experience. I had been looking for a pair of projectors but the ones I was looking at were in the $300-$400 apiece! Imagine my surprise when I was able to locate these NEC projectors for $125 apiece. They are just what I needed.

However, the seller was gracious about returning it.  I am confident that my refund will come after the seller rechecks the product for any possible shipping damage. Warning to buyers of used projectors: don’t go by the picture for the size!
