I made an offer not knowing that accepted offers gets purchased automatically. they proceeded to charged me twice after i advised him the auto purchase was a mistake as i didn't know my CC he charged was even still available as i no longer use it or have possession of it. They charged me a second time and refunded the 2nd charge so I cant "dispute/ open a case" as he thought i would not find out. even though he refunded 1 of the 2 his responses after that were "talk to ebay"4 refunds.
