    Poorly packaged. Sticker arrived bent in a torn envelope because it was shipped by itself in a letter envelope without something protective (like cardboard) around it. Seller's response was "I'll try to do better next time and maybe I can't offer free shipping anymore" which was dismissive and unhelpful. Seller could easily add thin cardboard to a letter envelope and not increase her shipping costs. It's a 3D sticker - of course it's going to get caught in the postal machines.

    I also said I pay double rates for hand shipping, not machine processing. It DOES NOT GO THROUGH ANY POSTAL MACHINES with the hand processing. The flag pole was bent a little. I said also that I try to ship as cheaply as possible to be able to offer FREE SHIPPING with stickers, you could have upgraded your shipping with additional fees. First complaint in 10 years of selling these!
