Without the fitting it would certainly slip on bumps. When installing the 90 degree. Your car wheels touching the ground in normal ride height. Then shorten the plastic tube from the bag itself to the fitting. I personally measured 1” length from the plastic bottom spring shield (which you have to drill a hole in btw)
