Purchase was shipped quickly. However, the product (likely due to its manufacture age and storage methods) was not in 'new' condition. The foam earpieces were completely deteriorated and unusable. Needed to purchase replacement pads from another vendor as they were not available by this vendor. That said, the vendor responded quickly when contacted about the issue.
