Thanks for the prompt refund for the defective item !. If you want the item back, I'll need a return label (I couldn't generate it automatically, maybe because the seller has an official no-return policy) The problem seems to be inside the control buttons. And the unit does not seem to be openable, so you may not want it back. Let me know otherwise within a week or so, or I'll just discard it. Again, thanks for the refund!
