Seems high quality, all necessary parts were included. No instructions. The side posts did not fit into the holes of the mount due to sloppy welding. A minute with my grinding wheel solved that problem. And, the grommet around hole in the vinyl in back of the seat to access the tilt-adjustment of the seat does not align properly with the adjusting screw making it very difficult to make that adjustment.
