Fit perfectly with absolutely no modifications. You would need to use different spacers if you are running aftermarket headers, but with the stock manifolds on the 350, it bolts right up with no headaches or drama whatsoever. 100% satisfied and WILL be purchasing again the next time I install aftermarket A/C on a hot rod.
