I did have to replace the gpu with an actual 8800, change the BIOS and reinstall the OS due to a number of issues discovered in the first day. After some time and my frustration has passed, I am happy with it. For whatever reason, this particular video card does not like this particular motherboard, at least with the driver version I had installed. I have since started using the FX4600 video card as an 8800 on an Intel board with older drivers and that configuration works great. Sorry for the inconvenience to the buyers of this build who had issues.
