    The item arrived quickly and exactly as described. The seller required an in person signature, which made delivery difficult. I ended up having it left at the shipping facility and picked it up there. For an $8 item I would have much rather it been left on the doorstep, but I understand why the seller probably required signature. That said, the item’s quality, condition, value, and appearance were all great.
