Customer indicated that the wheel didn't fit. I asked the customer to provide make / model of their machine and requested pictures to verify problem. I needed to determine if the wheel could be fixed, if the customer needed a replacement or if the customer needed a return. Customer refused to provide any additional information about the problem and refused to send any pictures of the issue and then threatened to contact eBay and sent me a hate mail message.
