I never denied a return, but I did request photos of how they are different from the description or photos in the listing with the box logo in the picture. The pictures sent are different boxes than the ones i sent with very thin sidewalls. As i asked before, if you were to send photos of the boxes with measurements and the logo of uline in the photo, i would gladly take the return. But no, just leave negative feedback when you are caught... have a good day.
