Exactly as described. Drop-in replacement for the damage mainboard assembly. Note that the mainboard is where all the settings are stored, so swapping it out means that you have to take a minute or so to ensure that whatever you customized carries over to the repaired unit. This probably also addresses the review that complained that his unit did not have radio functionality. My mainboard came set to Channel 1 and my transmitter and all other lights are set to 13. Easy setting change.
