Unfortunately, this is a total replacement and some more I think about it. This was not an oversight by the seller. Display intentionally done to improve the value of sale. It’s not even a leather strap as described. It’s got a leather pad. It’s a woven knock off replacement. As someone who has many Varvatos bags we all know the strap is the most common piece of the bag to wear overtime
