I attempted to contact the seller, however it took about Six days for them to even respond. I opened a ticket with eBay then suddenly they respond. The seller tried to get me to close the ticket so they could “send me another one”. If you close the ticket, you CAN NOT reopen a new one and there is nothing stopping them from just taking your money and running. I would have been out $800 had I done that.
