We’re so sorry you’re not satisfied with your purchase. We strive to be detailed in our listings for preowned items and in this case, we wrote about each flaw and added marked photos to amplify the disclosures. Our April 4 response to you began by stating we would accept your return but have no electronic or other record that a return was made by you. That offer stands. We’ve pursued this perplexing matter with eBay too.
