In my almost 20 years on eBay this is probably the worst experience I have had Realized would not be in state when seller could ship Tried to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase.After 3 days rejected cancellation. This was 2 weeks before shipped says new but shipped without power cord. Directs me to description which mentions 12 v but no mention that power cord ,transformer not included Most open box sales include all parts. Would never deal with these people again
