Chrono Trigger, released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1995, is representative of early role-playing games. It's considered one of the best games in the genre, combining innovative gameplay, a unique world map, and an interesting story to create an immersive experience. Players follow Chrono and five other playable characters as they try to restore the flow of history. The game makes use of time travel, allowing players to move across seven different eras, with actions in the past influencing future events.       The package arrived in bad conditions, the box set of the game came in cut off and damaged, however, the game works correctly. I tried contacting the seller to seek some explanations from FedEx, and try to resolve it, but the seller basically blamed me for this situation.

      It appears that the box was cut by a cutter...maybe a problem when buyer opening the box? We asked him for photos of the shipping box to use insurance and controlled the shipping cardboard and to date we have not even received a response/pictures from him.
