No paperwork came with it, and obviously, no fan either. I'd appreciate either a full credit or delivery of the fan at the newly advertised price of $14.00 and a credit adjustment. And to be even more clear, the listing isn't even listed in the category where FANS are located - it's listed in a sub-category for accessories. Nice try though!
