    Order that was delivered to me yesterday came via US mail weighing in at 1.9 ounces, and contained the stabilizing mounts only for the fan. No paperwork came with it, and obviously, no fan either. I'd appreciate either a full credit or delivery of the fan at the newly advertised price of $14.00 and a credit adjustment. Please respond promptly.

    Oh look, another person who can't read a title or description...... The title and description CLEARLY state these are fan mounts, and that no fan is included. From the listing: "Window Fan Unit Stands, Mounts, or Stabilizer Legs" -- "3D printed (PLA) mounts for Bionaire fans that did not have feet/stands on them" -- "FAN NOT INCLUDED". And to be even more clear, the listing isn't even listed in the category where FANS are located - it's listed in a sub-category for accessories. Nice try though!
