The inner packaging was torn open where someone had removed the neck which was damaged. It looked like a previous customer had retuned it and it had been sold again as mint in box, despite the fact that it was now damaged B-stock. I've opened a returns case as seller failed to respond to message via ebay. Avoid seller.
