    Props to the seller for lowering the price, but I received the wrong unit. Ordered serial 6021807, got 6019024 with no front plate, a damaged button, and a black screen (only audio works). The monitor is not working and could be shipping damage, but packaging was poor. Paid $149 shipping + €30 sent with paypal, so I can’t return it. Seller denied through chat that it was his unit, even with photos I sent matching his listing. Very disappointing.
