Packaging was not only badly damaged but very clearly previously opened, there are pictures in the owners manual of a brush to use for cleaning beard from the trimmer, there was no brush included in the box, not altogether surprising as the packaging was so damaged it could easily have fallen out somewhere. At least it doesn't appear to be previously used by anyone. There is no way I could give this "new" item as a gift, it is such a mess. Seller doesn't accept returns !!!!
