    Product arrived as described: new, unused, in good working condition, and made in the U.S.A. I have not used Craftsman USA made industrial ratchet wrenches before, and they have an odd feel to them. I would not recommend them at all, unless you have used them before and find them appealing. Otherwise, I give the seller five stars of course.

    Thanks for your comments. This "Industrial" ratchet wrench was made to high standards and I can understand why the "feel" of the mechanism may feel odd, but that is due to the heavy-duty gears in the ratcheting head. Thanks again for your purchase! Let me know if I can asisst further.
