    After waiting seven days to receive my order, it finally arrived today. I was shocked to see it poorly packaged in just a thin plastic bag and wondered why I'd been charged $25 for shipping. When I opened the package, I found that it was missing a set of hairpins. I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward to setting my hair with the new rollers and pins.
