This vendor needs some help. He blocked me so I do not care to have anything to do with him. I am new to E-Bay and perhaps this novice made a mistake. I repeat, upon making an offer I asked if the art was damaged, looking at the photo the glass appears to be broken. So when he charged my card before answering that inquiry I cancelled the order. No hysterics from my side, he s the one typing in capital letters and blocking customers.
