So I originally left a review saying that the seller didn t send a key with the unit, and I had to dissasemble the dock to get my laptop out. Turns out I m just dumb, and didn t think to push in the key slot like a button. This immediately unlocked it, and left me quite embarrased. This dock is wonderful. The connection quality is superb, it is incredibly rigid, and super easy to both work with, and work on. The one that I recieved had a knackered thread insert, but I can easily fix that.

Dear Buyer, we disclosed that the Key was not Included! We have sold more than 90 units, and buyers know that the key was not included and used that way. If you had contacted us before, we could have returned your money, and you could have bought one with the key. This is the way eBay works. This negative feedback is not fair.
