    I felt like the seller was not being sensitive to my complaint. They focused on the fact that I said the bulb was used and told me to pay $.64 to replace it. I had also told them that a prong was broken/lifted. I will buy another part elsewhere. I told them I would return the item however, I don't want to do business with people who make smart comments. I purchased this for my 84 year old Dad and he was tallking about gluing the prong etc. I'm just going to buy him another dome light.

    you bought a used part expecting it to be brand new you didn't ask anything you demanded we send a replacement because the bulb was burnt the issue is we sold you a fixture and included more parts already than we sold you also i was sensitive to you I replied with if your not happy take advantage of our easy return policy and ship it back
