We only ship out new, factory wrapped items. This is a discontinued item - and that was explained to the buyer - she now is saying that there are hairs on it? Never heard of that until now. She is obviously making it up in order to hurt us. Buyer could have returned item for inspection - instead they chose to leave untrue, negative feedback.
