The item was arrived wet (not the seller's doing, it was the postal service) However, in the process of doing a return, the seller refused to send a return label and stated twice that I should return the items myself and they would pay for shipping. I had 5 orders to return it would cost around 20 USD per label to return it. I had to call ebay and ask them to step in. Since the seller failed to send a label by the designated time, ebay gave a refund. It's easy to send a return label honestly

The buyer initially stated that only one item was wet due to the hurricane (the photo was taken from a different item). He immediately received his money back for the item. After 2 days, the buyer stated that all the goods were wet and wanted to return them. This, of course, is his right. Technically I couldn't send him the label through eBay and suggested that he tell me the postage cost I would pay him. In the end he received everything, both items and money.
