This Seller claimed the receiver was in "Perfect Working Condition" When I tried to turn it on, it went straight to Protect mode. I opened an Ebay claim. Seller claims it was damaged in shipping and offers to pay for me to ship it to a licensed Denon repair shop. Seller refunds the shipping and fees for the repair shop. Repair shop agrees damage in shipping and can't fix due to the fact they don't make the parts. Now Seller wants me to file a claim on my shipment. Ebay closed the ticket.
