This was oddest purchasing experiences I have had online. The Seller shipped within 24 hourshowever the item took 19 DAYS to arrive. For some unknown reason USPS only had information that a shipping label was created and paid for but then nothing until the day before delivery. The seller and I went to our USPS locations and found no clue as to why no tracking info was available. The Seller did his best short of offering a refund to help. I do NOT fault them. Good and quick communication.
