    Hi, I am truly sorry that the alarm is not working. I would NEVER misrepresent any of the items I sell intentionally. The only thing I can think of is the package got tossed around during shipping and something got shifted or jarred and I think if you worked with it a little more, it will work again. It worked when I had it. Please let me know if you have any success with that and you can definitely return it if you desire at my expense for the shipping and I will promptly refund your money.
