Buyer bought the wrong item and also never contacted us until they started a return, WHICH WAS OUT OF THE RETURN WINDOW TIME FRAME THAT WE SPECIFY IN OUR LISTINGS. We offered to find the correct item and do an exchange but they never responded and left this negative feedback instead.
