      We’re sorry to see your feedback, especially after we contacted you three times without any reply. It appears you may have missed or not understood our messages. As clearly stated in our listing, if an IMEI is not eligible for unlocking (due to its history with the network), a full refund is issued — which we have already done in your case. Unfortunately, when the network rejects an unlock, we have no control over that outcome, but we always act fairly and promptly — as we did here.
