I have had to have the download sent twice as it times out between trying to load it. It then took 3 days to download. Their response was “well I guess you’ll just have to wait until it loads” I found very unprofessional. When it finally loaded it then states not enough space on our computer!!! I asked the seller to print a copy and post but told no, not their problem. Not happy with seller
