They arrived smashed, the lashes are all bent, and they are poor quality. Definitely not authentic. Communicated with seller and they were not accommodating at all. I understand I can’t be compensated because I threw away original packaging but the least the seller could’ve done was apologize for the inconvenience and tell me politely there was nothing they could do. I would’ve been ok cool I understand. Instead, the seller argued with me.
