After watching several different videos, I was able to take apart dashboard and swap out the delaminated radio for the new one. (Less than an hour). Everything was up and running immediately. No wait time for a reset. Very happy camper! This seller has competitive prices and a decent warranty. Highly recommend!! Money well spent!

Whenever my phone was connected with the previous screen, it kept calling SOS/911 emergency. It took 1+ hours and 2 people to replace the screen. After completing the install, just allow it to calibrate (I initially thought of was having connection issues when the touch was delayed, but it resolved on its own). Saved me a heck of a lot of money compared to if I took it to the dealer. TY!

Once Radio arrived at their business, they notified me, fixed it, tested it, and shipped it back within a day or two. Radio works great, and my daughter is super happy to have her navigation, and Apple CarPlay is working properly. Thanks for the great experience.
