"Surefit" is sure a misnomer, because these slipcovers really don't fit well unless one's furniture is at the maximum size of the size fit limit. My chair was at the smallest size. Everyone knows there will be excess fabric otherwise, lots of tucking, folds and wrinkles. I sew, so will take in the excess, steam out the wrinkles and be fine. I'm ok with the "casualness" of the fit and grateful to have the slipcover to protect against cat claws.
