I was in constant touch with the seller and glad to say he reassured me to allow extra time. It's not his fault at all as even though he had posted immediately the item the postal service is letting us down these days. So we'll all have to be patient due to services being changed. Nevertheless dvd is extremely good value, condition I can't fault and quality plus appearance hasn't let me down. THANK YOU.
