My partner and I are blown away by the design & capability of this blade. As a test, we decided to use tahini to compare the AI blade with the Vitamix original blade. The small size of sesame seeds typically resist being pulverized. The photos show the result. At 45 seconds, the original Vitamix blade still has residual sesame seeds (1st pic) whereas the AI blade has completed the tahini making process (2nd pic)
