    I wasn’t happy with the product on arrival as it came in poor packaging with loose items in a large squashed, battered up box. A poor effort. I also didn’t find the tensioner tool very useful as it doesn’t really grip the tensioner arm on the mini very well. However, the cost of the tool was refunded to me and the company listened to my complaint, being quick to take it up. For this reason, I would rate them neutrally.
