It appears theu were overpacked by the seller and when they arrived both "sealed boxes" were damaged and the contents loose in the packaging. I really wanted the boxes to be sealed, not destroyed.

Sealed box was not protected and rolls were broken out of box. Entire package stunk of cigarette smoke. When confronted he said I was a bad customer and told me about the great deal that I got. He could respond to this feedback. All he wants, but matter fact is a sealed box of coins was unsealed loose and sticking horribly of smoke. There’s no response for that or no excuse for that poor seller!!!
