Der Anbieter teilte weder mit, dass eine zusätzliche Gebühr und zudem noch Zollgebühren auf das Päckchen kommen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Anbieter verneinte er, dass dies sein Päckchen sei, somit habe ich die Annahme verweigert. Ende Februar 2024 habe ich die Bestellung aufgegeben. Anfang März 2024 habe ich die Annahme verweigert. Bis heute warte ich auf die Rückerstattung meines Geldes!

AS DISCUSSED WITH YOU, THE ONLY OPTIONS WERE TO EXPLAIN TO YOUR POST OFFICE THAT, AS IN THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION WE ATTACHED TO YOUR PACKAGE, ALL VAT HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL. OR NOT TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL AND IT WOULD BE RETURNED TO US IN WHICH CASE WE WILL, OF COURSE REFUND YOU.

this braclet is well made and looks great but it didnt come with any information slips should have come with two so the whole thing is now no good write your info down and keep it in your wallet or purse its easier and cheaper would not recommend
