Delivery was 2 days late. Both Dallas clock chips were defective. I sent message to seller two days ago and still no response. I will set up a return.

The items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage as advertised and may take 2 to 5 days depending on your location. Once you've open a eBay case as you have done, the "refund" is automatic once item is returned to us. All clock chips were pulled from working motherboards and have been in storage. We also have "new" clock batteries available at higher costs.
