These shift knob lock nuts look close to those that Ford used on the Mustang IIs with the wood grain shift knobs. I just need to re-tap the treads in the nut from 3/8" 16 to 10mm 1.5 to make it work on my 1976 Mustang. The metal use it these lock nuts is stronger than what Ford used.
