    I would leave zero stars if possible. I never received the item. I reached out to the seller for an ETA. No response. No communication. I was really exited to find this item, as it was a special memory/gift. I am so disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.

    Seller said set of lamps packaged separately for safe delivery. Lamp shades separate but not the ceramic bases . Not packed good. Not enough packaging material for the huge box. When you put to heavy objects in a box to travel a long distance they will bang together. The light socket broke off. And lamps scratched up. I paid a lot for the shipping and if they were packaged separately like seller said if would of been okay. I am neutral instead of negative because seller not experienced .

    You said you were going to send photos of the damage, but never did. I pointed out that the boxes were packed and inspected by UPS. The lamps were fully insured. I am not an inexperienced seller, and have packed many items quite successfully. You were upset about the shipping charges, but if boxed separately shipping would have been ever higher.
